A little more about your role…
As an Assistant Consultant in the EIA team, you will support the management and delivery of environmental consultancy services to a diverse range of clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and providing technical input into EIAs, undertaking broader environmental management tasks, assisting project managers with site selection reports, and supporting stakeholder engagement strategies.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…
* A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant environmental discipline with a focus on EIA and/or SEA
* Relevant postgraduate experience in a similar role within the UK or a comparable jurisdiction
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and high computer literacy (especially Microsoft Office)
* An understanding of health and safety standards
* Experience or interest in environmental surveys (e.g., ecology, noise, air quality)
* Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally if needed
* Knowledge of UK environmental and planning legislation, particularly in EIA
* Postgraduate qualification in environmental science, planning, or related field
* Membership of IEMA or another relevant professional body
