The PAS Clinician is responsible for the emergency clinical assessment of patients, conveying clinical findings and initial recommendations to the PAS Doctor. Works in collaboration with the PAS Doctor to define options for the appropriate level of care.
Requirements
* Education: LMHC or LICSW strongly preferred; MSW or Master's Degree in Counseling required. LCSW to be obtained within 6 months; LICSW to be completed within two years. LICSW is required to work in ambulatory assessment services with hospital privileging.
Training and Experience
* Knowledge of and/or previous experience working within the Rhode Island mental health or substance abuse system.
Schedule
40/80 Full Time Evenings - Every Other Weekend
