Key Responsibilities Carry out pre- and post-inspections of repair works, identifying defects and ensuring quality standards are met. Diagnose building issues and specify appropriate remedial works Oversee void properties, including inspections, scoping works, and monitoring progress to completion Act as Clerk of Works on larger void projects and planned programmes such as redecorations and component replacements Manage contractors on site, ensuring delivery against time, cost, and quality expectations Provide technical advice to internal teams and support decision-ma...
