Sitting around 250 employees but with plans to scale, they have built SaaS products and tools that enable enterprise organisations to realise the potential in their employees.
They help these companies to leverage their talent through complete, equitable, and transparent performance and rewards.
They are now looking for a DevOps manager to lead a team of 6 talented engineers.
About the Role
They’re on the hunt for an experienced DevOps Manager to spearhead the growth and evolution of their global DevOps practice. In this role, you’ll drive critical infrastructure initiatives, ensure system resilience, and build next-generation CI/CD solutions that scale with us.
You’ll collaborate with talented engineers, architects, and operational teams across multiple regions. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about people leadership, technical excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a distributed team of six DevOps engineers.
* Set the vision and strategy for our DevOps practices, with a strong focus on automation, scalability, and efficiency.
* Mentor and guide team members, promoting growth and collaboration.
* Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on Azure.
* Work hand-in-hand with QA, Engineering, and Operations to streamline deployments and boost system reliability.
* Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate modern DevOps best practices.
* Uphold high standards for system uptime, performance, and disaster resilience.
* Foster an open, transparent, and learning-driven team culture.
What You'll Bring
* Solid background leading DevOps teams and strategies.
* Deep hands-on expertise with Azure cloud platforms.
* Strong practical skills in Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
* Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
* Familiarity with GitOps principles and security best practices (SecOps).
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluent English communication.
