Role: Operations Manager at our Mobile Diagnostic and Treatment Centre
Location: This role will be split between Glasgow and Perth.
The role covers multiple locations across Scotland spending an estimated 5 to 15 days at each location before supporting the next location. Subject to change depending on uptake/demand in services
Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
Salary: £53,000 - £57,000 per year

The DTC is a market leading mobile hospital, consisting of a reception, diagnostic and theatre module. Which can be deployed in multiple configurations to support the deployments needs. All equipment and stock needed for both outpatient and clinical activity is held within the DTC.
The DTC Operations Manager will be responsible for the Diagnostic and Treatment Centre (DTC) wherever this has been deployed. The DTC Operations Manager oversees daily operations, staffing, governance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, financial performance, and strategic partnerships ensuring the hospital meets or exceeds all Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS) standards and Scottish healthcare legislation for safe, effective, and person-centred care.
As a key part of the DTC Operations role, you will be expected to travel frequently to locations where the DTC unit is deployed (company car provided). Travel schedules will vary based on operational needs and activity levels at each deployment site. This flexibility ensures that you are present where support and leadership oversight are most critical. The role covers a wide geographical area across Scotland, requiring adaptability and a proactive approach to managing deployments. You will play an essential part in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and fostering strong relationships with colleagues on site.
