As a Planner, you will coordinate and motivate all involved in the Responsive Repairs team. You will work with trades such as Plumbers, Multi Trade, Roofers, Plasters, Electricians, and Ground Works; scheduling work orders through our in-house appointment system, allocating repairs to trade operatives while maintaining a safe, high-performing, customer-focused service. Our sub-office is based in Eastbourne, and you will be expected to cover the Eastbourne area.
Role Criteria:
* Previous experience in an administrative or planning role
* Ability to meet deadlines
* IT literacy
All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
To drive a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.
Candidates should be aware that all roles are subject to relevant DBS/security checks before employment begins.
