Evo is looking for a Projects & Interiors Coordinator to join our high-performing Interiors Team based in Derby. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Specialists, and operational teams to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. The Role As a Projects & Interiors Coordinator, you'll act as a central support function within the Interiors Team. You'll be responsible for coordinating administration, managing communications, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within agreed timescales. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, can manage competing priorities, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Process sales quotes, orders, and project documentation accurately and efficiently Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders Manage shared inboxes, prioritise tasks, and support SLA tracking Provide system training and onboarding support for new starters Liaise with warehouse and scheduling teams to coordinate deliveries Support on-site fitters as their first point of contact Provide cover during team absences or peak periods Contribute to continuous improvement and a positive team culture About You You'll thrive in this role if you have: Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in administration and/or customer service Confidence using multiple systems and managing data accurately Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) A proactive, solution-focused approach Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Personal Qualities Positive, approachable, and reliable Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities High levels of integrity and accountability A collaborative mindset and willingness to support others What We Offer Enhanced annual leave Employee Assistance Programme Paid charity leave Flexible working options Pension contributions Enhanced family-friendly benefits
