The setting provides a structured and nurturing environment, focusing on emotional regulation, behaviour support and helping pupils re-engage with learning in a safe and supportive way. The school is looking to appoint a SEMH Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long term basis with an immediate start. The successful SEMH Teaching Assistant will support pupils across primary and secondary ages, working 1:1 and in small groups to manage behaviour, support learning and provide consistent pastoral support.
