What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting patients with a warm smile and helping them feel at ease
* Managing appointment bookings and keeping the day running smoothly
* Answering calls and assisting patients with their questions
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Being an important part of a team that genuinely cares for patients and each other
A Little About You:
* You have a friendly, approachable personality and enjoy helping others
* You're organised and confident using computers
* Experience in a reception or customer service role (dental/medical a bonus, but not essential)
* Most importantly, you're a team player with a positive attitude
