Role Overview As a Data Analyst at Multiverse, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across the organisation. Leveraging your skills, you will not only build and maintain business critical reporting capabilities, you’ll play an important role in improving our ability to self-serve analysis to multiple stakeholders. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills will support clients, candidates and internal team members to understand progress with our fulfilment operations, spotting areas of continuous improvement and automation. In this role, you will Act as a partner within the Fulfilment Operations team to understand data requirements and build tools and resources that help our team work smarter You will extract, clean and prepare large and complex datasets from various sources for analysis helping to direct action and focus for continuous improvement Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies within our fulfilment motion, playing an important role in helping us achieve our ambitious targets for the year ahead Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting dashboards using tools such as G-sheets, Metabase, Tableau and Salesforce to streamline reporting to senior leaders within the business Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualisations and presentations. Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies. Run internal enablement and provide support for team members to ensure they understand and adopt the tools you build About you 3 years of proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst with a strong analytical focus, or in a similar data-centric role. Excellent capability in G-sheets, SQL proficiency a plus Demonstrated experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) and the ability to create impactful and insightful dashboards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex datasets. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights to diverse audiences. Ideally experience in enabling/upskilling operational teams to use new data tools A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. A genuine curiosity about data and a passion for using it to drive positive change. Desirable: Familiarity with scripting languages for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Python, R).
