Location: Flexible within South Region (Sussex, Newbury, Portsmouth, Canterbury, Rochester, Greater London)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and driven individual to join our team as a Regional Business Development Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic business development initiatives across the South Region, driving growth and contributing to sustainable outcomes.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Build and maintain long-lasting, profitable relationships with large and high-profile customers across multiple industries.
* Act as Project Manager for all contract tendering exercises, guiding the process from start to finish.
* Ensure operational teams are fully briefed on customer requirements during the Bid/No Bid process and commercial decision-making.
* Lead the financial monitoring and commercial bid sign-off process according to delegation levels.
* Support the Bid Team to produce submissions with accurate content, stakeholder involvement, and on schedule.
* Liaise with the legal team to review contractual requirements and manage post-award negotiations.
* Oversee the integration of new customers during contract implementation prior to handover to Account Managers.
