We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Care And Support Worker to support people in their own homes across the community. Your role will involve traveling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.

Required Criteria
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
