Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Lead

Salary: £40,000
Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week). Flexible working between 7:30am and 5:30pm to suit the successful candidate

What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the full marketing function, from shaping strategy to hands-on delivery. Your role will include:
Leading the marketing strategy and delivering campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and engage customers
Using Dynamics 365 CRM to create and automate email journeys, segment audiences and run targeted campaigns
Producing engaging content including blogs, LinkedIn posts, case studies and guides
Delivering campaigns across multiple channels including SEO, PPC, social media and email
Managing and optimising the company website, improving analytics and increasing conversions
Working closely with sales teams to ensure marketing activity supports revenue targets
Tracking and reporting on performance, refining campaigns to improve results
What We Are Looking For
You may have experience in B2B, SaaS, or a tech-enabled service business, or you may have proven ability to reach and engage busy decision-makers. We are looking for someone who is:
A confident communicator with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Experienced in CRM and email marketing (Dynamics 365 is an advantage)
Skilled in SEO, PPC, social media (particularly LinkedIn) and multi-channel campaign delivery
Capable of working strategically while also taking a hands-on approach
Analytical, data-driven and focused on continuous improvement
Creative, curious and full of ideas
Passionate about sustainability, innovation and making a difference
Ambitious and ready to grow alongside the business
