Our vision is simple: nature is the classroom. Children will be immersed in outdoor learning, exploring the captivating shoreline and the diverse habitats of the nature reserve that surrounds us. We’re are looking for passionate Level 2 or higher Practitioners who are excited to help shape something special from the ground up. What we’re looking for: Qualified childcare professionals with experience is essential in this role A genuine love for the outdoors—beaches, forests, and wild spaces A strong interest in sustainability and environmental education Physical stamina and the energy to work outside in all weathers, actively playing and learning alongside children Experience in Beach or Forest School environments is a plus Details: Full-time 24-40hrs a week (3-5 days a week, 52 weeks a year) Salary range: £25,729.60 - £27,435.20 annual (pro rata based on 40hrs week) If this sounds like your kind of adventure, we’d love to hear from you
