Instrumentation Engineer Opportunity - Join a Leading Chemical Manufacturer
Are you an experienced Instrumentation Maintenance Technician seeking a new challenge? This company is currently seeking a skilled Instrumentation Engineer to join their dynamic Maintenance team at their state-of-the-art chemical production facility.
Location: Clitheroe area
Rate: £24.00 ph - Umbrella rates available. Inside IR35
Responsibilities
* Respond to plant breakdowns to diagnose and resolve instrumentation and electrical faults
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on safety-critical instrumentation
* Contribute to equipment reliability improvements through failure analysis and root cause investigations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company\'s CMMS system
Qualifications
* Recognised Instrumentation/Electrical maintenance apprenticeship
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Familiarity with formal permit to work systems, including lock-out tag-out procedures
* Experience in a process plant environment; ideally in the chemical or oil and gas industry
