Reporting to the Showroom Manager, your key role is to provide support to our showroom team, as well as provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process.
1. Answering incoming sales calls
2. Making outbound calls to our customer database
3. Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and providing outstanding aftersales service
4. Providing advice on suitability, sizing, pricing whilst showcasing a natural flair for interiors
5. Updating the CRM system with relevant client information and daily activity
6. Arranging samples to be dispatched
7. Welcoming customers to the showroom and building relationship with clients, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome is always received
8. Maintaining a clean and tidy showroom
9. Providing drinks to customers during their appointments
10. Confirming showroom appointments with customers prior to their arrival
