Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager – 12-Month FTC
Location: Brighton (2 days in office, non-negotiable – usually Tuesday and Wednesday)
Salary: Up to £70,000
Start Date: ASAP (ideally immediate)
We are exclusively recruiting for a fast-paced, omni-channel retailer based in Central Brighton, seeking an experienced Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Details:
* Location: Central Brighton – 2 days in the office non-negotiable (usually Tuesday and Wednesday).

The Opportunity: This role is critical in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and loyalty programme performance. You will lead the development and execution of CRM and loyalty initiatives across email, SMS, direct mail, and digital channels, while also playing a key role in shaping the future evolution of the loyalty strategy.
