URGENT: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant Needed – Immediate Start | L20 Area
Are you an experienced and passionate Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN TA to join a supportive primary school in the L20 area, with an immediate start.
Role Details:
* Position: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
* Start Date:Immediate
* Location: L20, Liverpool
* Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
The Role:
* Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis with identified SEN needs
* Delivering personalised support to help meet EHCP targets
* Working closely with class teachers, SENCO, and external professionals
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
? Requirements:
* Level 3 TA qualification preferred (Level 2 accepted with strong SEN experience)
* Proven experience supporting children with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)
* Confident, compassionate, and proactive approach
* Valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
