We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a live RC frame residential project
The scheme is now progressing through the internal finishes stage and are looking for a strong, detail-focused individual who can take ownership of finishing works, drive quality on site and manage QA processes efficiently.
The Role:
*
Managing all internal finishing trades (plastering, carpentry, decoration, 2nd fix M&E, joinery)
*
Driving programme during final phases
*
Owning snagging and de-snagging processes
*
Managing subcontractors and sequencing works effectively
*
Carrying out quality inspections and sign-offs
*
Logging QA checks and defects onto the company’s in-house digital system
*
Reporting progress to the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager
*
Ensuring compliance with H&S and building regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on RC frame residential schemes
*
Strong background in internal finishes and handover stages
*
Confident managing multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
*
Excellent QA knowledge and experience logging inspections digitally
*
Comfortable using site systems / QA software
*
Strong eye for detail and quality control
*
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
