The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a fast-paced Customer Service Representative with superb communication skills to support our medical devices customer service team in our lovely Solihull office.
What You’ll Do
* Receive & process all hospital orders within daily deadlines including invoice management
* Handle customer complaints
* Manage internal stakeholder relationships
* Follow up on pricing discrepancies
* Issue required credit notes for returns and complaints within official procedural deadlines
* Liaise with approved logistic partners
* Participate in product tracking research when required
* Process and follow up on Product Event Reporting (PER) in collaboration with Territory Managers
What You'll Need:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Prior experience in customer service or sales advisory roles is preferred but enthusiastic candidates without experience are encouraged to apply
* Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Team-oriented attitude
* Customer-focused and service-minded
* Good organizational skills
* Effective communication skills for internal and external contacts
* Ability to work well under deadlines
