Job Description
North Lincolnshire is a rural county with picturesque villages, close to the North East, Yorkshire, and the East Midlands. It has excellent transport links to major cities such as Hull, Lincoln, Sheffield, Leeds, and Doncaster. Known for green spaces, outstanding schools, and quality housing, North Lincolnshire offers a great quality of life.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our busy Development Management Team. The area is undergoing significant infrastructure, housing, and regeneration investment. We are also working on digitalisation projects to enhance planning processes. This is an exciting time for the region and presents opportunities within our Development Management function.
The Development Management Team is friendly, ambitious, and collaborative. With flexible working arrangements and a modern workspace in the town center, you will be part of a team dedicated to supporting local developers, agents, businesses, and residents.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality technical and administrative support, ensuring efficient service delivery in line with service targets. Knowledge of planning procedures, digitalisation, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines are essential. Together, we aim to create a safe, prosperous, and connected community.
Joining our progressive team offers benefits such as:
* A competitive salary
* Comprehensive induction
* Excellent CPD opportunities
* Generous annual leave
* Local Government Pension Scheme
* Salary sacrifice scheme
* Flexible working arrangements
Please refer to the attached job description and employee specification when completing your application to demonstrate how you meet the essential criteria.
