We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Business Development & Account Executive, supporting both existing client campaigns and new business growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting new business growth through prospect pipeline management, outreach, and re-engaging lapsed clients.
* Building our online presence, especially on LinkedIn, to attract and acquire new clients.
* Acting as the first point of contact for tactical client projects, ensuring campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
* Liaising with field staff, clients and internal teams to deliver projects on time and to key metrics.
* Preparing business tenders, client reports, analysing campaign data, and making recommendations.
* Visiting stores to maintain up-to-date knowledge and support campaign briefs.
* Ensuring data and feedback from field visits are accurate, timely and insightful.
About you:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced business development role which includes: client management, sales, or new business prospecting.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive, resilient and well-organised – able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel in particular).
* FMCG or Retail experience would be an advantage.
