We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join a growing precision engineering team. You'll be responsible for creating, testing, and optimising CNC programs for milling and turning operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimise CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidCAM).
Set up, test, and fine-tune programs for CNC milling and turning centres.
Work closely with machinists and engineers to improve tooling, setups, and production processes.
Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
About You
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision engineering environment.
Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials.
Experience with Fanuc, Mazak, or Heidenheim controls (or similar).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
