First Contact Administrative Officer
1. Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
2. Location: Carrickfergus JBO, Davys Street, Carrickfergus
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Expected Duration:29th March 2026 with possibility of extension
5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. 37 Hours per week.
6. Benefits:Hybrid, Flexi
7. Requirements:5 GCSE’s including Maths and English (Grade C or Above).
8. Duties include but not limited to: The role of the First Contact Team is to assist with greeting customers and dealing with general enquiries relating to benefits.
9. A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
