Anderson Knight Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a prominent organisation based in Glasgow, to recruit an experienced HR Adviser for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and transformation projects.

The Role

As HR Adviser, you will play a key role in managing a busy caseload of complex employee relations matters while supporting the organisation’s ongoing transformation projects. This position will require you to work closely with both HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure that all people-related matters are handled effectively and in line with best practice, particularly around redundancy, restructuring, and general employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence management.
* Lead and support redundancy and organisational restructuring processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice.
* Manage a high-volume caseload, delivering timely and effective solutions while minimising business risk.
* Work collaboratively with managers and senior leaders to drive forward transformation and organisational change initiatives.
* Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and practices to promote a positive, high-performance culture.
* Ensure that employee relations issues are resolved efficiently and in compliance with current regulations, minimising risk to the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, and restructures.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
* Ability to manage a demanding caseload, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience supporting HR transformation projects or organisational change is highly desirable.
* CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred, but not essential.

Why Join This Organisation?

This hybrid role offers flexibility, with a combination of homeworking and time spent in the Glasgow office. In addition to a competitive salary, our client offers a generous benefits package, including:

* Enhanced pension contributions
* Generous holiday entitlement
* Health and wellbeing initiatives
* Flexible working options
* And much more!

This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact during an exciting period of change. If you are an experienced HR professional with expertise in employee relations and transformation projects, we would love to hear from you.
