We're now looking for a Night Shift Warehouse Trainer to identify, co-ordinate and conduct all warehouse training requirements within the Operation.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Produce and update training materials and packages
* Organise and deliver effective training event both in the classroom and on the job
* Conduct on the job inductions for new colleagues into the business
* Review, identify, plan and conduct ongoing training requirements for all colleagues on site
* Monitor and review the training effectiveness through questionnaires and management feedback
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable
* Have a RTITB qualification or equivalent
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
* Ability to identify skills gaps and work with individuals to improve performance
* Have a train the trainer qualification
