An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sterile Service team as Office Administrator.
We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic Office Administrator with excellent office skills to work as part of the departmental management and admin team of Sterile Services. Working as part of this team you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work calmly under pressure using your own initiative, with an ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
Main duties of the job
Essentially, we are looking for a good standard of general education, IT skills. This role will include supporting the departments management team along with general office duties including filing, answering the telephone, data entry, ordering of stationery, equipment, furniture ect. You will be the first point of contact of the department for internal and external clients.

Core GCSEs including English, Maths and or above or equivalent

Previous customer service and front-line service experience
