What You’ll Do
* Carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), stock condition and HHSRS surveys
* Inspect properties pre- and post-works, diagnosing issues and specifying repairs
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and housing standards
* Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and budget
* Use data systems to maintain accurate records and drive service improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Qualification in a trade occupation (Level 3 or above)
* Membership of CIOB, RICS, ASCP (or working towards)
* DEA qualified (SAP 10 methodology) or willing to train
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance, energy efficiency, and housing law
* Excellent communication, IT, and project management skills
* Full driving licence and business insurance
