Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced BARTENDER to join the team - the role will cover both The Flying Stag Pub at The Fife Arms Hotel and the Invercauld Mews Pub, a venue in the village of Braemar frequented by the locals.
You will support the management team in the running of service, achieving maximum sales and
guest satisfaction. You’ll be hands on, greeting our
guests with a smile, and making suggestions based on guest preferences -
creating an exceptional experience which leaves a magical impression for our guests. We
are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level experience and a
passion for excellent service and a desire to develop your skills.
As Bartender, you will be
responsible for:
* Hosting guests and making
recommendations.
* Smooth and efficient
running of service.
* Ensuring the bar is clean
and presentable.
* Taking orders and delivering
service as per SOPs.
* Reporting any issues to the Pub Manager.
* Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
You’ll be surrounded by a team with a creative
flair and a passion for fresh food and brilliant service with a desire to learn
and grow. All striving to go beyond for guests, our team, and the community.
