The Details
1. Lead strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and elevate the Topshop/Topman customer experience.
2. Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, optimising pricing, promotions, and channel mix.
3. Build and streamline scalable processes to speed up time-to-market for trend-led collections.
4. Use data analytics and A/B testing to uncover insights, refine product positioning, and drive commercial outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure success, inform strategic decisions, and prioritise roadmaps.
6. Drive continuous improvement across products, services, and operations through data-led thinking.
7. Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership, supporting investment and growth decisions.
8. Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams - bringing clarity to ambiguity and turning insights into action.

Qualifications
About You
11. Consulting background combined with in-house experience, with a strong track record in strategy, operational delivery, and cross-functional leadership.
12. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands - ideally with exposure to product launches, go-to-market strategy, or scaling operations.
13. Comfortable moving from big-picture planning to detailed execution, thriving in fast-paced, complex environments.
14. Skilled at data-driven decision-making, confident with tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and dashboarding platforms.
15. Experience presenting to senior leadership, building business cases, and supporting investment decisions is a plus.
16. Curious, proactive, and adaptable—always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
