We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team, providing expert assessment, intervention, and support for clients with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to promote independence and skills development.
* Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with the team, addressing clients' strengths and needs.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions, including sensory assessments and activities to enhance sensory integration, motor skills, and social participation.
* Facilitate community engagement and support service users, families, and staff through training and ongoing assessment.
* Maintain effective communication and documentation, ensuring coordinated, holistic care.
Qualifications
Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and experience working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
