Salary: Grade 3, SCP 6-11 £25,989 - £28,412 (full time full year equivalent)
Actual Salary £21,221 - £23,199 per annum
Term time only, plus 5 days, 32.5 hours per week
Temporary contract to 31 March 2026

The successful applicant will:
* Have experience working with pupils with challenging or complex difficulties to assist them to overcome barriers to learning.
* Show resilience to work in a dynamic, trauma-informed environment, with pupils that have social, emotional, academic and mental health needs.
* Respect confidentiality of staff, pupils, families and visitors and not breach this trust.
* Be hard working and adaptable to change
* Be highly motivated and passionate about learning and developing their own continuing professional development.

* Be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, governors, outside agencies and the community.
