Role Overview
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the development, guiding buyers through every stage of their purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to completion. You will play a vital role in driving sales performance while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional, memorable experience to all prospective and existing buyers
* Proactively manage enquiries, follow-ups, and appointment diaries
* Present homes, floor plans, and development features with confidence and clarity
* Achieve sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
* Guide customers through the reservation, contract, and completion process
* Work closely with site teams, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors to ensure a seamless customer journey
* Maintain accurate records using internal CRM systems
* Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a New Homes Sales Negotiator (minimum 1–2 years)
* Strong understanding of the UK new-build sales process
* A confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and commercially driven
* Comfortable working weekends as part of the standard rota
* Ability to work independently on a busy sales & marketing suite
* Professional, polished, and passionate about new homes
