A law firm are looking for a HR Co-ordinator to join their Business Partnering team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global HR team that offers great potential as the organisation goes through an exciting period of change.
The purpose of this role is to provide support to the Business Partnering team, who are responsible for delivering crucial key services across the client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key processes for the team as required
* Conduct ad-hoc New Joiner reviews with supervisors for Business Services, Secretarial and Lawyers
* Complete Exit Interviews for Business Services, Secretarial and Lawyers
* Support in the administration of the Employee Forums with the Head of HR Global Mobility / Secondments
* Own the UK secondment process, be the key contact for all UK Partners and the Chief Financial Officer
* Support with immigration related matters and co-ordinate Global Mobility assignments Operations
* Manage and review payroll reports from the BP HR Administrator
* Manage and track probations for the BP team
* Manage Flexible Working requests
* Work with the Early Careers Team to co-ordinate team changes and reallocation of terms
* Manage HR Admin queries that the Admin team are not able to deal with and seek help from the BPs when needed
* Support the BP team with running the HR Calendar of items including Salary Review, Performance Development Reviews and Promotions Employee Relations
* Manage and work alongside the BPs on individual absence both short term and long term to ensure people are informed and BPs are able to pro-actively manage with the business
* Assisting with ER related issues by taking a full and accurate note of the meeting
* Support the BP team with joiners and leavers as and when required
* Work with the policies team with their policy review timeline and support as required
Skills and experience
* HR experience in a professional services environment
* Be aware of HR processes
