Fast-Fit Branch Manager required for Successful Automotive Fast-Fit Centre in the Maidstone area.
Our Client is seeking a Fast-Fit Branch Manager to join their busy service department and it is essential that you have a previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.

Coordinating and supervising the work of autocentre staff, providing support and guidance as required
Carrying out repairs and fitting parts, maintaining active hands-on involvement in workshop operations
Ensuring the security of stock and finances, taking responsibility for any discrepancies or losses
Upholding company housekeeping standards to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentDuties:
Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop
Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard
Maintaining High Levels of Customer Satisfaction
Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians
Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to workRequirements:
Have a previous working experience within a similar role
Strong Leadership skills
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy WorkshopHours of work for this Fast-Fit Branch Manager role are Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
The Salary being offered up to £35,000 with OTE £40,000.
