YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering service models for Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team collaborates with Business, Product, and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across partner and consumer segments. Responsibilities
* Operate within the YouTube cross-functional Leadership team in EMEA, responsible for driving regional growth.
* Lead a team of Product Activation Managers to execute the go-to-market strategy for key YouTube verticals in EMEA: Film and TV/Broadcasters, Family and Kids, Learning, News, Health.
* Provide strategic insights and leadership for region-specific GTM initiatives addressing challenges and opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and product adoption goals, maintaining awareness of market trends and industry challenges.
* Maintain strong relationships and coordinate with Global Product Activation teams and regional cross-functional groups.
