You’ll be perfect for this role if you: Have experience in vehicle trimming and refinishing within a bodyshop environment Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship to exacting standards Are confident following manufacturer and company work instructions Can work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality Are flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks day-to-day What you NEED Proven experience in vehicle trimming or automotive refinishing Ability to de-trim and trim vehicles pre- and post-paint and other repairs Experience polishing vehicles and fitting decals to a high standard Knowledge of warranty repair procedures and repair documentation Commitment to health & safety and environmental compliance (ISO 9001/14001 awareness is a plus) What you’ll get in return £29,120 per annum, with company benefits including pension scheme and employee support initiatives. Role & Responsibilities De-trim and trim vehicles pre- and post-paint and other repairs following company and manufacturer work instructions. Polish vehicles and fit decals as required. Complete warranty repairs in line with company procedures. Ensure all repairs are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health & safety legislation. Correctly log all jobs in the workshop system and follow management instructions. Embrace new methods, techniques, and training as required. Support the team and perform other reasonable duties to meet operational requirements.
