Job Description
* Lead and manage the organisation's accounting and finance functions.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational goals.
* Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring processes.
* Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
* Support the organisation during audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency and sustainability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Director should:
* Be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
* Have prior experience in organisations undergoing significant change
* Have Charity SORP exposure
* Have strong management capabilities

* Competitive salary estimated between £80,000 - £85,000 - dependant on experience
