19. Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take that next step up in your retail management career
20. Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
21. Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and build a high-performing team, while fostering a positive culture
22. Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities, ensuring timely completion of tasks
23. Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices
24. Established business acumen
25. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work conditions
