Insurance Product Executive
Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in East Grinstead, ideally suited to candidates based in London, Kent or Sussex

Overview
This role is within the Insurance & Financial Services department, focusing on developing, improving, and overseeing member-facing insurance products such as travel, health, caravanning, and ferry insurance. The successful candidate will serve as an internal expert, ensuring products meet regulatory standards, respond to member feedback, and remain competitive.
Responsibilities
* Ensure insurance products comply with regulations and meet member needs.
* Support call centre queries (~20% of time).
* Assist with claims analysis and documentation.
* Review claims data, trends, and feedback.
Qualifications
* Strong understanding of insurance products, preferably travel, health, or niche coverage.
* Experience with regulated products; FCA knowledge is a plus.
* Analytical skills for reviewing claims data and trends.
* Member-focused, empathetic approach.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Organized, detail-oriented, proficient with tools like Google Workspace.
* Experience in product support or technical customer service.
