Salary/Rate
To £50,750 in year 1 and to £53,000 in year 2 + bonus

Role Overview
You will join an existing team of over 40 advisers, ensuring excellent service to current clients while building new business. You will have access to top technology and dedicated support, enabling you to spend more time with clients.
Long-term Opportunities
There is potential to move into a self-employed role with attractive commission splits. Some team members have already made this transition.
Compensation
Year 1: £48,750 - £50,750 (excluding sales bonus). Year 2: up to £53,000 per annum without sales bonus. The remuneration package includes:
1. A starting salary of £36,000 - £38,000 based on experience
2. A KPI/compliance bonus (£12,750 in year one, increasing to £15,000 from year two) based on client care, retention, and file quality
Additional earnings are possible through sales bonuses as you acquire new clients.
Training and Working Environment
Enjoy a structured onboarding process that has successfully trained over 30 advisers with no prior financial planning experience. Post-induction, you can work on a hybrid basis or remotely, with occasional visits to Newcastle.
Candidate Requirements
Approximately 2 years of post-CAS experience as a financial adviser/planner with suitable Level 4 qualifications. Preference for candidates located in the North or Midlands due to travel requirements.
