Role: Senior Pharmacy Technician - Medicines Management
Location: The Harley Street Clinic & Leaders in Oncology Care, Central London
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with contribution to weekend shifts on rota basis
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience (with excellent benefits)
Responsibilities
* Work with the Lead for Medicines Management & Patient Services and the Lead Pharmacist(s) for Haematology & Oncology in running a technician-based medicines optimisation/management service.
* Maintain the SACT e-Prescribing portfolio.
* Day-to-day responsibility for elements within medicines management/optimisation.
* Support training and development of trainee technicians/pharmacy assistants.
Qualifications
* Registered Pharmacy Technician with GPhC
* Accredited Checking Technician (essential)
* Knowledge of Medicines Management
* Prior experience working in a hospital pharmacy (essential)
