Reception Manager
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £33,000 basic per annum plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternate Saturdays on rota
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Reception Manager to lead our service department in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join my client’s reputable dealership in Ipswich. Ideally, we are looking for a Service Advisor looking to move up to the next stage in their career or a Reception Manager in the automotive industry looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service standards
* Monitor and manage service department performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication
* Maintain accurate records of service activities and prepare reports as required
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the automotive service industry
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in using service management software
* Full UK driving licence
