RQF Assessor - Clinical Support and Education Team
Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an RQF Assessor to join the Clinical Support and Education Team. This role will require the successful candidate to manage and assess a caseload of learners who are required to complete the RQF qualifications at Level 3 which enables The Children's Trust to meet Ofsted's requirements.

Role Requirements
Knowing what it takes to deliver clinical education, you will possess a sound knowledge of assessing candidates progress of learning ensuring validity, authenticity, currency and sufficiency of evidence, and an excellent understanding of a care occupational background. With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation and have completed your RQF Level 3 qualification.

* Accredit successful completion of thecandidates tasks against the centres assessment and verification policy.
* Provide feedback and offering adviceif the standards are not met and signing units off when standards are met.
* Communicate with employers about thecandidates progress throughout the programme.
