Shepherd Neame is looking for a Chef to join our kitchen team. If you are a new or aspiring chef seeking a fresh challenge and want to build your career in the kitchen, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Horse and Groom is located in the heart of Wilmington village near Dartford in Kent. Recently refurbished, this stylish gastro pub is ideal for a quick drink, snack, or a delicious meal. We offer full table service seven days a week and can cater for up to 600 covers on busy days. We also have a spacious garden that can accommodate an additional 180 diners when the weather is nice.
We understand that excellent chefs are essential to a successful kitchen. In this role, you will work as part of our friendly and supportive kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience to our customers.
Previous catering experience is beneficial; however, if you lack experience, don’t worry. If you love food, are confident, motivated, and a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
