Cleaning is essential in creating safe, healthy, and welcoming environments, ensuring the well-being and comfort of everyone who lives and works in our spaces.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to deliver high-quality cleaning services across our properties in Yeovil. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining pristine communal areas and preparing unoccupied rooms for re-letting. You’ll ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, with a focus on value for money, continuous improvement, and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
As a key member of a small, close-knit team of professionals, you’ll contribute to creating positive, trusting relationships with our customers as they move toward greater independence. Your work will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment, making a real impact on their daily lives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the accommodation, particularly in communal areas.
* Working closely with the Housing and Support Team to embed good hygiene standards in individual rooms.
* Addressing any reactive cleaning needs as they arise.
