In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening its capabilities in delivery leadership. We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP Delivery in the Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees the operations of 700+ people, focusing on scaling business growth. The primary responsibilities include shaping delivery strategy for the specific areas of responsibility and contributing to overall company strategy. The role's objectives align with top-level company goals and growth of the Delivery Segment.
In addition to working closely with the Leadership Team on shaping delivery strategy, responsibilities include supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial oversight, contributing to sales and presales efforts, and account growth. The role reports directly to the Chief Delivery Officer.
Responsibilities:
Lead Delivery Organization:
* Lead a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients.
* Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
* Explore and adopt new technologies and tools to foster innovation and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within delivery teams.
Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing success.
* Participate in top-priority presales activities, providing guidance and support to ensure sales success.
* Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute segment strategies.
Keep Intellias at the forefront of technology innovation:
* Identify and evaluate emerging technologies applicable to our solutions and services.
* Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals.
* Stay updated with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure industry leadership.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a well-established company (3000+ employees).
* Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people with proven results.
* Strong program and portfolio management skills, with Agile project management expertise.
* Deep expertise in modern software engineering technologies, best practices, and trends; experience as a solution architect is a plus.
* In-depth understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape and trends.
* Visionary mindset with entrepreneurial skills and strong leadership presence.
* Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution.
* Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude; willing to go the extra mile.
* Profound understanding of large IT outsourcing company structures, governance, processes, and financial management.
* Good knowledge and experience in business development (sales & marketing, account management) in service businesses, with strong presale management skills.
* Financial management experience, including managing P&L for large service organizations.
* MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; additional business education (e.g., MBA) is advantageous.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
