We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-paced, collaborative team. In this role, you’ll support the Talent Acquisition team with the full recruitment lifecycle. Your work will be key to delivering a seamless, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager.
You’ll be part of a passionate team of Talent Acquisition professionals who support our hiring needs across the entire organisation.
What will I be doing?
* Build strong relationships with candidates, internal teams and stakeholders across the business through clear, authentic communication.
* Provide support throughout the end to end recruitment lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate and up to date processes/records on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update recruitment trackers for data reporting.
What do I need?
Capability, Knowledge and Experience:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation, including internal teams and external partners.
* Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, communications, and reporting, alongside clear and professional written and verbal communication.
* Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment, confidently interacting with colleagues across the business.
* Confident using AI powered tools and embracing emerging technologies, with a proactive approach to learning, adapting to evolving AI behaviours, and integrating AI into day to day work.
