Milk Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Liverpool (L20) on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide general classroom support across different year groups, assisting with day-to-day learning activities and helping to deliver engaging lessons. You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced team who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child can flourish.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
2. Support learning through group work, interventions, and focused activities.
3. Assist with the delivery of core subjects including reading, writing, and maths.
4. Encourage inclusion and positive behaviour within the classroom.
5. Help with lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and assessment activities.
Essential Requirements:
6. Recent and relevant experience working in an educational setting.
7. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, or equivalent.
8. A passion for supporting pupils across all primary stages.
9. Ability to follow direction from the class teacher and work effectively as part of a team.
