We are a pharmaceutical aesthetics brand @nataliepagepharma under a worldwide known practitioner @nataliepageaestheticss operating at a high clinical and educational standard. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Strategist to run our social presence end-to-end, combining in-clinic content creation, community and outreach management, and organic sales strategy.
You will work directly with the practitioner and brand leadership to build visibility, education, and product-driven campaigns through structured organic content and messaging.
Content Creation (In-Clinic)
* Film treatments, procedures, consultations, and educational content in clinic
* Capture short‑form video and stills suitable for Instagram and TikTok
* Maintain a clean, premium, pharmaceutical‑grade aesthetic
Social Media Management
* Edit content and create trends within the industry
* Manage daily posting across Instagram and TikTok
* Track engagement, reach, enquiries, and campaign performance
* Identify opportunities to scale what works
* Contribute ideas that support long‑term brand growth and positioning
Outreach & Community Messaging
* Manage inbound and outbound DMs professionally
* Qualify leads and direct conversations toward products, education, or next steps
* Coordinate with brand ambassadors and educators
* Create and distribute posting ideas and scripts
* Track ambassador activity and content output
Strategy, Sales & Organic Campaigns
* Develop organic campaigns to support product launches and education
* Create content‑led sales strategies (without hard selling)
* Write scripts for Reels, Stories, Lives, and ambassador use
* Plan campaigns that convert authority into enquiries and sales
Requirements
* Proven experience managing social media for 1-2 years
* Confident working in-clinic and filming real procedures
* Strong understanding of authority-based marketing and education-led content
* Ability to create clear, effective scripts for content and ambassadors
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Self‑employed and able to invoice monthly
Nice to Have
* Experience managing ambassadors or KOLs
* Background in aesthetics, injectables, or medical education
* Understanding of organic sales funnels and campaign planning
Working Structure
* Regular in-clinic days (to be agreed)
